We finished reading Ivy and Bean.  I want you to activate your schema (knowledge) to make a self connection to the book.  A self-connection is when the book reminds you of something in your life.  For example:  When Bean took her sister’s candy it reminded me of Halloween.  My sister and I would trade candy to get what we wanted.
